Our Advanced classes are designed for gymnasts who are ready for more than a standard 1 hour recreational session. Carefully structured to support continued progression, these extended classes provide the perfect pathway for gymnasts looking to further develop their skills, confidence, strength, and discipline in a positive and supportive environment. With greater focus on technique, conditioning, and physical preparation, gymnasts are encouraged to challenge themselves, refine their skills, and progress at their own pace while continuing to enjoy the fun and variety of gymnastics. Our Advanced level gymnasts have the opportunity to progress to participation in the National Gymnastics League Competition Pathway. Camp notes
Weekly Advanced level classes over our summer term, gymnasts can attend one or two classes per week and parents can choose which weeks they attend.
